Just bought omaha small stakes yesterday after having no limit micro stakes. I have downloaded all the updates and still cant get it to work. any ideas?

Did you buy Omaha Small Stakes.. or Omaha Small Stakes UPGRADE?

If you bought small stakes and now have two serial keys, email sales@holdemmanager.com and ask for a combined (Omaha + Holdem) serial.

If you already have a combined serial:
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

When you start the program it shows Holdem + Omaha Manager?

Got the code merged thanks. unfortunately I still cannot get it to work. I have downloaded the update still cannot get it to work. when I go into my hud and look up omaha stats it tells me to go to holdemmanager.com and purchase it?

When you click op HELP--> SHOW SERIAL-->
it shows you the new combined serial key?

If it shows the old key:

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)

Also please try this: (it debugs the software)

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

If it does already show the correct new serial:
clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
try creating a new empty database and try to import some Omaha hands.

you sir are a genius or I'm an idiot one of the two. I never set up the code in my hem in the help section thank you.
