Entraction HUD trouble

    Default Entraction HUD trouble

    My HUD works perfect on ipoker & stars. I recently moved to VC/Entraction. Its recording the hands i play perfectly but for some reason the HUD wont pop up.

    Any ideas?

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please update to the latest release .06e1 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


    Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.


    Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

    Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

    Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

    If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

    Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

    Click OK

    Windows 7, Think its a windows 7 firewall & AVG.

    Ok the weird thing i just noticed now is when i click relaunch HUD the table manager does not pop up like it did on ipoker?

    Try to launch \rvg software\holdem manager\hmhud.exe manually.

    You will have to forgive my stupidity but how do i do that?

    Go to My Computer--> C:/--> C:/Program Files-->
    C:\Program Files/rvg software\holdem manager\

    And double click on the file: hmhud.exe in that folder.

    If the file doesn't exist: please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
    (are you using NORTON Antivirus? Silly Norton could have deleted the file)

    If the file is there, butTableManager doesn't open, move hmhud.exe to your desktop (or another folder) and run it from that location.

    The problem has now been found. When i updated it the file you mentioned above cant be updated there was about 6 files with this issue.

    I assume this is the issue. How do i fix that?

    Restart your computer and then install the update again. You got those errors because the holdemmanager.exe process hadnt shut down fully. Restarting will insure all the HM processes are off and the update should install without issue.
