Use one of these options to send $25 to Roy http://www.holdemmanager.net/purchas...eTransfer.html
Then email support@holdemmanager.net with details of the payment and Roy will send you a new code

I just made the payment and sent the e-mail.
Any way to transfer the funds to a Pokerstars account? I don't have an account on Party, Absolute or UB. My bank account is American so NetTeller isn't an option and I'd really rather not go through the hassle of setting up a moneybookers account.
In regards to poker site transfers, we would love to be able to accept them, but the pokersites have a policy against this as they don't want to act as a bank for any third parties and holdem manager must follow that policy. Unfortunately we won't be able to reinstate the option of paying for HEM via a pokersite transfer. We are working hard on a number of HEM projects and know that having the "site transfer" option on the pay page is outdated and plan on updating it as soon as we can work through a number of other programming related projects we have on our punchlist.
We do try to give you as many options as possible to pay for HEM, the free options involve setting up an account using a HEM bonus code. Details can be found here http://holdemmanager.net/GetitFree.aspx
Pay options can be found here http://holdemmanager.net/Offering.aspx?ID=1
Edit: Nevermind I figured it out.

Problem with upgrading HEM to pro version emerged. I received a new (pro version) serial code, but can not delete the old one.
If I take "clear license code" under help, then an error occures with the instruction how to do it manually. But I can not do it manually since there is no such file "holdemmanager.exe. Idat (or ldat)" which I have to delete according to instructions.
Can someone help out?
Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html
1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.
If that doesn't help, try this:
1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager
You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.
Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
This thread is pretty old.
Please contact sales@holdemmanager.com with your purchase details.
But usually you should receive the new key within some hours. Please check your spam folder too.
