HUD configurations lost
Playing this morning on Pokerstars, my HUD stopped working. Microsoft closed the program. I shut everything down, then re-opened HM. In Player Preferences, all configurations (including the default) are gone, and the 'Available Stats' box is empty. Can you help me get my HUD back?
Two trouble-free years up to now: pretty damn good, imo.
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall using the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ager_Setup.exe
Note: the full installer will set everything back to default, so if you were using a custom HUD (or you tweaked one of the HUDs) you'll have to re-create it.
