HEM stops importing Hands at one point

Ive just tried to manually import one of the missing files and it says its a duplicate. However, it does *NOT* show in my "Today" tab. I'm quite sure cause i won 300BB in that hand.
Anyways, I've looked a little deeper and it appears that all hands between two points are magically missing:



When I try to import this HH (obv I'm not named Hero, and theres proper HH#, im a little SN nit.):

At the point in time where the hands SHOULD have been imported, i either got "import error" or just 1 file read, 0 hands, 0 duplicates, 0 errors. It appears now, however, that those files have been imported but got corrupted somehow and are thus not displayed but somehow there. Thing is, I'm not really tech savvy so this might be crap, but yeah, thats my thoughts.

Im not sure what the 2+2 thread was about so im going on the info i have here, things you can try is deleting the HH by right clicking and choosing delete selected file and then try an import.

Also sometimes you need to move the HH to another folder for it to force the import so do this after you delete the hand.

Also that HH seems corrupt as it wouldnt import for me either so deleting it and reimporting it probably wont do much anyway.

No, the HH is not corrupt I just edited the Game# and Heros SN. I PMed you in case you want to try yourself.
Anyways, as far as deleting goes. As you might see, I can NOT delete a hand thats not there. The hand I posted was played @ 18:16 PM, however, theres not a single hand visible between 18:05 and 18:29 pm

Ahh i see where your coming from now. Can you download http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.01n.exe it has a new feature that allows you to completely delete/purge hands for stakes/dates etc

Go to Options > Purge Hands then assuming you still have the HH for that date then purge all hands for that date (dont forget to untick not to delete hero as your in the HH) then try and reimport all the files but this time import them from a new folder not the same as the last one.

Let me know if it solves it. I got the email and that hand imported fine and shows up in the database so it must have got corrupted. Are you sure youve went to Filter > Clear and thats why its not showing?

I purged all hands, it said 1417 hands found.
I tried to reload them, it imported 6xx hands, had 5xx errors and is showing NONE in the "Today" tab.

Okay this is weird, I purged the hands again and now its not importing a single hand. I have a folder full of completely valid HHs (I can PM you, or email, or whatever a complete file in case you want to try) and it says 0 files found to process.

Edit: Yeah this was apparently cause I didnt move the files first. I moved them now, it imported most of them (tho not all). However while all the hands were imported (got some corrupts), none of them is now visible under "today".

Okay, 100% confirmed that HHs are not corrupted. just imported them to pt2 and had 0 errors.

I had the same problem. I did create a new database. I hope the will not show up again.
