Holdem manager trial - for Vista

Am interested in purchasing Holdem Manager, so I got the free trial, downloaded it and it doesn't work.

Have spent ages, trying to get it to work, following all the links from FAQs - and it still doesn't work?

Can you give us more information on what doesnt work, is it reports dont work, the hands dont import, the hands import but the hud dosent work etc, see the links in my sig for some good places to start in the FAQ but the more information you give me the quicker i can help fix it
