Default Can't move HEM between my 2 dual monitors

I have dual monitors and I can toggle any app between my 2 monitors except for HEM.

When I click on the icon between the "minimize" and the "close" buttons in the top right corner of HEM, it actually minimizes my HEM. HEM just basically is stuck to only one of my monitors.

btw, I posted about this before and got this response:

It happens when you leave HM on one monitor and then your monitor layout changes so that the coordinates where HM once was no longer appear on your viewable area.

    Close HM and do this

    1) Open the holdemmanager.config file with notepad (it is in the config folder of Holdem Manager)
    2) Find the line that says HoldemManagerPosition near the bottom and change the 4 numbers to 0,0,400,400 which will put HM in the top left corner of your main monitor
    3) Save the file and relaunch HM

    Roy

But with the new upgrade in HEM, I have a "config" folder but not a config file.

you must have a holdemmanager.config file otherwise HM wouldnt work as it contains the postgreSQL username and password and lots of settings such as your auto import settings. It may be just called holdemmanager
