cant view HH

Nothing happens when i right-click a hand and choose "view selected HH".
I run HEM 1.06.04 beta 16 on my vista PC. Any suggestions?

BTW I have the same problem on my other PC (not sure if I am running same version of HEM on iy though).

I did that.
It didnt solve the problem, but created a new one - Now it wont import hands from ongame!

Can you reinstall HM:

1) Make a backup of the "Config" folder in a safe location, this folder is in the RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ folder
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...demmanager.zip
7) Upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe
8) Test if it works for a while and if it does proceed to step 9
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works again for another while and if it does proceed to step 11
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

I dont know how many times I have had to reinstall, reboot and stuff with this software!
Is there really no easier way to go about this?

Jesus dosent work here in support but maybe i can help.

It might be an issue with how you percieve it to work, if you hover over and right click it wont work.

you need to left click to highlight the hands first, then when its highlighted right click and choose view selected hand. If theres still an issue try Als suggestion but if that dosent solve it then its most likely a firewall/antivirus/vista type program blocking it from launching

Is the database showing up in the auto import folder?

If so record the size of the database file, then play a few hands and record the size of it again, did it grow?

Try backing up and deleting the database and restart Ongame then see if it works
