Missing hands on Unibet (Microgaming)

Once in a while HEM does not import one of my hands... usually in big pots!
It has happened a couple of times and I think it has something to do with the time it takes to play the hand... it happens more often when I use the timebank.

Are your hands present in the HHs files?

If yes, can you create a new DB and reimport your hands, tell me if it works: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146
