    Default Prima HUD not appearing

    Hi,

    I'm using the 1.11.06e Internal which was recommended in this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-...tml#post339411.

    This problem is occurring for me on Ladbrokes, I'm unsure whether it happens on any other Prima skins. HUD is working fine on Pokerstars.

    The hands are being imported and I can see them in my sessions tab and I can see the record of the session in table manager, with the correct profit, number of hands played, etc.

    The holdemmanager.config file is attached.

    Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

    You have two auto imports setup for ladbrokes and mamamia. Delete the ones archiving to D:\Documents\Poker as they are importing from subfolders which you must not do with microgaming skins. Also Microgaming writes all hands to a single gamehistory.dat file. HM is unable to archive this file automatically because the poker client locks them. Over time the file can get quite large. I suggest you regularly move it to the archive folder, manually.

    If you still have problems on Ladbrokes downgrade to version 1.11.06d as Ladbrokes have still not updated their software like the other microgaming clients.

    im having the same problem, after updating to 1.11.06e1 from 1.11.06d. ill try downgrading and see if this works. hopefully it can be resolved in a future update, fingers crossed.

    tried 1.11.06d and it works as a temporary solution until it gets fixed in a future update. the update can be found here btw

    I updated today, suffering the same problem on ladbrokes.

    the hud only works by going through table finder.

    Do any of you play on any other Microgaming skin other than Ladbrokes? Do you have the same problem using 1.11.06e1 on these skins? When the other Microgaming skins updated this broke 1.11.06d on these sites so we had to release a fix for the HUD. Since then everytime time I have loaded Ladbrokes there has been no update to their software so I continue to use 1.11.06d on Ladbrokes for the time being until when/if this update runs.

    just ladbrokes for me, not sure if it affects the other skins as i only play there

    same problem for me and I play on a different skin than ladbrokes (24poker).

    works well for version 1.11.06b
