Rushpoker is not importing!

Okay so all other tables besides rush import into HEM and I can see my P&L but when I play rush poker there is absolutely nothing.

I went into hand histories and the files are there then when I go import they disappear???? And none of the data goes in.

This is really pissing me off someone help.

Btw HUD works on the table so it is maintaining player data

please clear your filters (filter->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

Please check your FTP handhistory folder - it should be empty except current hands.

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.
