Total amount of hands in HUD

When I start a session, all hands start from 0 for every player. Lets say after an hour, I have accumulated 100 hands against some players and I stop playing. If I come back after a few hours and sit on a table and a player from earlier is also there, how do I do so that his stats show every hand recorded against him from before, and not restart from 0 in that session?
