Config question

I got everything setup ok,just 1 thing.When I cofigure a site and setup the files,theres a note that says,Do not use C:/ and include all subfolders.So after i put in the folder and archive folder and the final screen pops up and ask if I want to add folders,they both say the correct folder name but it says + subfolders after them.

I set it up from the sites designated HH folders.There are no subfolders from waht I see.Should I go ahead and accept them,or is there something I need to do to get rid of the subfolder?

Im not sure what the issue is, what site are you setting it up for, what FAQ tells you to do it one way? And which FAQ says to do it another way
