Need a new Serial (New Pc)

Hi,
I wrote some emails and used your contact form, but didnt get any answer.
My computer crushed a few month ago and I had to re-install windows. Could you please send me a new serial so that I can register HEM?

You can use your second license with the same serial. If you have already used both licenses, email Roy and ask him to reset your licenses: sales@holdemmanager.net

I lost my old licence while re-installing my computer (didnt save my emails).

I already tried to contact Roy a few weeks ago, but didnt get any answer.
Maybe I should try it again, but I dont want to be annoying if he simply had no time to help me yet.

He answers allways asap and within 24 hours for serials, even in minutes if he is online. Try to remail him and send me your mail by PM, and I will forewarn Roy too. Your mail has been probably blocked by a spam filter or something like that.
