Problem starting HEM

Ive downloaded the software, and when i click on the link, it comes with 'Holdem Manager has stopped working'. The run as adminstator is blanked out, and i have used the search button but cant find anything? What could be causing this? Thanks

yes, UAC is also disabled but still cannot access HEM. Thanks

If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL aswell http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=177
