    Default why i have to reinstall fulltilt client again and again?

    hey peoples!


    i got an important question, why i have to reinstall the full tilt client again and again?

    for example:

    a few minutes ago i started my pc for the first time today. pc finished starting. i click on my full desktop link and grafic overview - its like now fonts to see on the buttons. and if i typed my user account and pw nothing else happening.

    so i uninstall the client. done. reinstall. done. starting fulltilt.

    everything works ... BUT... all my player notes a gone over and over again.




    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    Delete your auto import folders, and let the auto detect find them.

    Don't set a auto import folder to C:/Program Files/Full Tilt Poker
    make sure it's set to C:/Program Files/Full Tilt Poker/Handhistory

    hey patvs!

    done everything you told. now the hud isnt working in rush ... i read in the forum that theres a problem with the newest update.

    any suggestions?

    If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

    Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
    Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.
