hello all

couple off questions

1 when I start auto import the hud does not appear is this because im on a trial version if thats not the case any ideas

2 i play at ub have got poker tracker booo however with pt at ub you have to load results manually for tournaments is this the case with hem or does it do it auto ie winnings postion etc

1. The hud should work in the trial. Are you running PT3 simultaneously? This will not work as both programs try to import the files.
If thats not the reason check this:
* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06c http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

2. I'm not sure how this works for UB. If they provide summaries you will need to import them too. HM can only get the tourney results from the handhistories and summaries. If the results are not written into this files by the pokersite you'll need to manually edit the results.
But you should be able to test this with the trial version too.
