Cash Games

When I go to cash games it gives me an hour glass. Also if I try to clock any of the filters it gives me an error "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you clock continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This is the trial version. I will buy this product for sure if I can get it to work. Been trying for a few days now and cant figure it out. Please help

Do you have AIM by chance? Maybe it would be easyer to explain and I can get the answers you need faster.

Usually this problem occurs when youve an alias setup wrong, the easiest thing to do is go to HM and to Options > Aliases and then delete your alias from there so there is no aliases at all

Then go to the Reports TAB and click on the change button (beside the refresh button near the top) and choose the username you play as on the poker site, just type in the 1st few letters and it should pick it up after a few secs.
