    Default Full Tilt tournament summaries

OK, I've played about 5 sitngo's on Full Tilt and won 2 and HEM doesnt seem to be importing the results correctly. I have the latest version of the software. They importing somewhat but the EV won and $ won is 0 and the time is way off. Am I missing something obvious?

    Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...c_Internal.exe

What sort of SNGs are these?
    STTs with a real money (non-freeroll, non-satellite, non-FPP buyin?)
    Or MTTs? (multi table SNGs)

Tried all these steps nothing helped. I look at the tourney hands and all the hands seem to be there including the last hand whether I either won the tourney or busted out. But on the data view page my $won is all zeroes. So the summary is missing or not importing?

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

You requested and imported the summaries?

    Which tourney type?
    Which HM version?

Please update to 1.11.06c, create a new database for a test and import the hands and summaries into this new database.

I created a new DB just for the tourney. Under results tab it shows the money I won. Under reports, it shows the chips I won. I dont want to have to create a dam new db every time I play a tourney or play FR cash. Whats the solution to preventing this? Seems like every time HEM has a problem, a new DB has to be created. That is saying there is a under-lying problem going on.

Could be caused because the summaries are missing information, or the database keeps getting corrupted (due to something partially blocking the PostgreSQL connection)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
    Also run a Windows Update

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.
