pop up issue

Hi, firstly how do I get rid of the star-asterisk icon that sits to the left of the spade icon.
Second how I do switch the pop-up to click activated not hover? thanks

The click for popup is in HUD Options - Table Options - click for popup on the left side.

The note icon is in the HUD Options - Player Preferences - Appearance - show note icon.
