pacific (lucky ace) auto import problem

Hi i am using hm1 and struggling to get auto import working on pacific (luckyace).

I have changed the import folder on lucky ace to a non hidden folder, the hands are successfully saving in there, i have directed hm1 auto import to that folder but hands are not importing, it says a file has been imported after each hand, but 0 hands and 0 import errors.

Please help, every other site i have ever played has been a doddle to set up but this is driving me crazy!

What type of games are you playing on Pacific?

Do the hands import and show up in Reports, if you import them into a new empty database?
(is your Pacific lobby language in English, with HM1 updated to 1.14.02)



HM1 is no longer supported, so if your hands don't import, HM1 won't get any update anymore to fix any import issues.
