Default Does Import but not track hands!

    hi,

Yesterday i opened my Hud 1 as always,

when i click on import, it finds the tables and imports hands at first!

but my stats at the tables dont show up!

and when i go to tourney and click on hands it does not show any of them!

    also no cashgame hands!

    Is this on PokerStars?
If yes: PokerStars6 client, or PokerStars7

HM1 won't be updated anymore, so there is nothing we can do.
If it's related to PokerStars7, you can still temporarily downgrade to PokerStars6.

Also if your PokerStars.xx updated to PokerStars.EU, you may have to use the TableFinder once: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD

If it's related to a client change to PokerStars.EU, also read: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ove-ps-eu.html

You need to reconfigure the handhistory folders.
Best way to avoid all permission problems is to create a new folder like c:\stars.hh, configure stars to write handhistories and summaries into this folder and add this folder to the auto-import folders in HM1

    yeah I did all that.

set up new folder and made stars import handhistorys and tourney results in that folder!

I added it to my auto import folders and hands are safed in the hem archive.

but it still does not work.

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.
