HEM not importing?

Installed HEM1 on brother's computer and set up folders with poker stars but when I go to "change" under "reports" to pick username, there is no players/hands.
HUD can be seen on the table but everyone got 0 hands. In the "IMPORT" section of the HEM, after each hand, there can be seen "1 file imported" so I don't understand why there is no hands?

Are you sure that pokerstars is saving the hands?

Funny thing is that HUD does work. Table menager is running and it recognizes the table.
Hand saving is enabled in pokerstars client and same folder is set in HEM. Hem is latest version.
