Can not create database

Hi,

yesterday I bought the pro edition of HEM but I can not create a database:

Can someone tell me what to do?


I have once reinstalled Postgres (on WinXP) and am using not the "postgres" user but another user name, can this be the problem? But it works just fine with PT2 / PT3
