Open the file. Is the handhistory in English?
Using a default M/d/yyyy date formatting?
All symbols (for Euro or Dollar) are readable?

and now, i downloaded HH converter, and now when im importing the hands, its doing it the right way, but when i choose my friends alias, i still only have 200 hands on him, even though i have imported over 40k, why? i have no filters or anything on
but now, when i search for his alias, i can find him, but it says its on PP, but its on BOSS, how can i change that?

email us, or attach a HH file of your friend whose hands you can't import.

now i can import them after using HH converter, but it says its on PP and not BOS, why?
Because the HH convertor, converted the hand into a PP format??
Email us a original HH, not a converted HH.
