bought a new pc (windows 7) installed HEM a couple weeks ago but it now says 0 days left of trial and need to activate ??? click activate and says no lic avail? log on to HEM website and says I have 1 lic avail. tried to upload lic but says already uploaded. tried to uninstall/reiensall but still says 0 days left and u need to activate. I already went through the FAQ route but nada. TIA originally purchased softwarw under enzoforza@aol.com and I do have my prod key
nevermind, turns out that internet explorer was giving a script error when I tried to reset all profiles. If you are having problems with the reset button not working, you will need to use another program like Mozilla firefox to work around it. a mod might want to add this to the FAQ RE: reg issues. I just spent 7 hrs on this "easy" fix
