Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._10Oct2013.exe

How much RAM does he have (since it's a 'out of memory' error. )

Which PostgreSQL version does he have?
Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus is he using?
(does he have the latest Windows Service Pack installed?)

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
Reboot and reboot this process until they're all installed.

    Hi
    The answers:

Which PostgreSQL version does he have? 8.4
Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States), ewhy does the date format change something ? It worked well before and it's annoying to change it (has influence on all other programs)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus is he using? Windows defender, all updates installed
(does he have the latest Windows Service Pack installed? => yes)

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
Reboot and reboot this process until they're all installed. :all are installed

    1) Please close HM

    2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

    3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

    4) Open the databases.

    5) Highlight your database.

    6) Right click, click maintenance.

    7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

    Please try again.

    What is his available RAM?

You'll need to add these files to the steps in this FAQ:
    - holdemmanager.exe
    - hmimport.exe, hmhud.exe

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

The steps are the same, as it is for Windows, rather than HM.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)
