Can you give me some examples of what is wrong?
I imported the hands (169 NL hands) but i need more specific informations.
TBH I dont know where the wrong is, but the import says -18.53$ while I won 40$. And also the rake says $3.56 when it supposed to be around 14$.Originally Posted by netsrak
Strange thing is pokertracker3 which I used just to check if they got it right had wrong to, but there numbers where different then HEM but a litte bit closer to real results.
Does PT3 import the same number of hands?
Is 169 hands the correct number or did you play more hands?
Pokertracker gets 173 hands, but still, there number are also way way of, they are closer though.

Strange, the numbers adds up for todays play, so hopefully it was just something on there end that day.
FYI the problem seemed to be caused by a bug in the hand history where instead of displaying the hole card info like Td 8s it would display things like KnC and randmon characters, this will need to be fixed on their end
