Hand Histories not archiving

I just setup HM on a new HD, and while HM is importing hands into HM from FTP and PS, and updating the HUD, they are not being moved into the archive folder even though I have move files after import selected. HM only moved on txt file, while the rest remained in the Hand history folders, is there anything else to do regarding this I missed?

HM dosent remove the hands immediately only after they havent been modified for a certain period, dont worry it will move them
