importing notes from .xml (PT3)

Hello there
I'm coming from PT3 and find a way to export my notes and I have them in .xml format, but I see it doesn't work when I import them from the "poker stars" bar (as the Stars' format is the same)
there must be something I can do to get the notes imported... any help, please

We don't support the import of a PT3 notes format.
Does PT3 have a function to export notes in Stars format?
If yes you should be able to import this with our Stars notes import function.

yes, I made a back up and find the notes file which is .xml (like Stars)
but when I import it from the stars button it displays the window "0 notes updated" with ok press button. And when I open some hands in the replayer I see that players who I've made notes don't have it now...

xml is just a type of file. I'm pretty sure PT3 and Stars use totally different notes structures within the xml files.
The PT3 notes xml file is not supported.
