When running reports from the Players tab to get info on multiple players is it possible to edit the default report options? ie default stats, 3b/4b, preflop by position, etc.
No, this is not currently an available feature.

Is there another way to produce a csx spreadsheet with the stats I want or would changing the reports on on the players menu be the only way?
Select your most common villains are the main player, and analyse their stats in the reports tab. You can add ALL stats to the reports tab.
