Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Create a new empty database--> reimport ALL your hands.

We had a EV bug in 1.11.05 --> 1.11.05d (affecting all november 10 - december 20 played hands) Actually affecting ALL hands if you didn't update to 1.11.05e earlier.
If you would like to leave some feedback to help us improve the quality of the solutions, and/or the support quality you received, - you can do this here

    1) You can reimport your hands from your C:\HMArchive folder. Doing this manually on a month by month basis rather than all at once is best.

    2) Every user updating to the latest version is being asked this as we are updating our licensing system. If you did not do this you still can by following these steps.

We have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn’t allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to “Upload License Code” and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

If you don’t have a HM account already just create one by clicking on the create account link. If you forgot your password please use the forgot password feature. If you forgot your username or the password retrieval was unsuccessful send a new email to sales@holdemmanager.com and they will forward the details, we do not have access to this information in support so you must send a new email to sales.

No. The holdemmanager.com account is separate and not linked to your forum account at all.
