Rush HUD not updating

Hello. I'm not sure if this an issue with my computer performance but my HUD is basically nonexistent while playing rush.

It takes roughly 10 hands to come up in the first place, then it works for like 3-5 hands and stays on the same players for a large chunk of the time and will periodically update from that point on, maybe once every 10 minutes.

It seems to me as if the hand histories are taking long to record and that may be the problem...

HEM doesn't seem to import any hands and then all of a sudden it will import a bunch of hands and then stall again.

I hope some of this makes sense.

Please reboot your computer and install the 1.11.06a update again as first thing after the reboot.

Your ftp client must be switched to english language and installed to the default location.
HM->Hud options->Site options -> FTP -> Use ocr... must be disabled (unticked

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
