disappearing hands in merge

so i have like 3000 hands on this guy in the last 6 months. he plays all the time at this limit but none of my hands are showing up for him in the HUD or the main program, none of my notes are there anymore either. it says here i have 31 hands on him, with the oldest being from 2/02/11


but if you look at my hands i have played with him on 10/19/10. like 75% of the time i've been playing he's been at the tables.


he is not the only person whose hands have been disappearing. i will sit down sometimes and find i have 0 hands on regs i remember playing with. i also play on absolute and bodog, and this problem is only happening on merge.

As a test, can you reimport your hands into a new database.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, can you email us a sample of the Merge handhistories so we can duplicate the issue?
