No HUD appears, or a HUD appears without any stats?
Can you right click the table in TableManager to see if the correct HUD is assigned to the table.
Are you using any HUD filters (hud options--> additional HUD filters)?

Sorry. Brought my older laptop in. It has no problems, as I never tried to update HEM into 1.11.06 version. So no more desktop untill the problem is solved.
If I remember correct. They were designated to my "FR" (full ring) HUD. When I changed them into 6max or default, then I would get these "zero stats" that many others have.
It seems a bug in the 1.11.06-1 release.
Stick to 1.11.05e, until we've found a fix for that issue.
If you NEED a HUD to play on that computer, the current only solution is to fully reinstall HoldemManager (using the full installer, don't update to 1.11.06-1) and reimport your hands into a new database
