The Tourney menu is OK

Create a new empty database--> reimport your hands.

I did this but the error is still active

I have now 8.4, tried to install 8.4.7, but it gives me some error.
Should I uninstall 8.4 first, and then 8.4.7, or it should upgrade it?

I tried to stop server before start the new version, but it give me error that can not stop server
