Help - I've lost the instant HH on my HUD

I used to have a HH display on my HUD under the table av that I could click on and see all the hands for the session etc

It was really useful for quick reviewing during a session and looking at equities.

I had a look around but don't know how to get it back (I had to reinstall). I'm running 1.11.05e.
