How do i back up my database?

my copy of windows 7 is not genuine, I have a genuine version...so i wish to update my computer. However when i do this i will lose my database, how do i back it up and restore it?

I realise this might seem simple but i dont have a clue

If you’re doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following.

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
