Ongame missing hands

    Default Ongame missing hands

    Ive been using holdem manager with ongame for like 2 years and yesterday came an error Ive never seen before. Loads of hands are missing in the database (session review and reports), but only for the last 2 days.

    Im using no filter and the hands show up in the "last 3 hands" hud on the tables.

    What is this?

    Which error message came up?

    Please update to 1.11.05e: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    Your database might be corrupt:
    Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
    If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).

    And where is pgadminIII?

    In your windows program menu under postgresql or pgadmin.
    If you can't find it download and install it from pgAdmin: PostgreSQL administration and management tools

    Ok ive first tried to reindex it and it went fint, but I was still missing hands.

    Then I created a brand new db and reimported the hands, but my hands are still missing (around 40 % I think).

    What can I do?

    Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...1.11.05e-1.exe

    Create a NEW database. Reimport the hands from the last two days.

    All of this, Ive already done.

    Created a new DB and reimported the hands. And yet the old hands are still missing as well as the brand new I played today.

    What to do?
