Pop up not popping up

Hey, I installed HEM on my notebook but I can't get the pop up to work properly. Everything else seems to work fine. I can drag the stats boxes, double click them, etc but when I put my cursor over the stats nothing happens

I have the latest version (I'm playing on Stars btw).

When I go to HUD Options > Player Preferences and pick the HUD stats, they all show they should be providing a pop up (the field is not blank).
