    Default Upgrading my Graphics card?

So right now when I play more than 8 tables on UB my comp lags. I just upgraded the processor, and when I go into task manager my CPU usage never goes above 50% and my memory isn't maxed either. I think I need a new graphics card. Is that accurate? My question is what should I get? I don't want to go crazy, but I don't want the bare minimum.

My graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO

It's unlikely the ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO is causing the lag.
Which CPU/RAM/harddisk do you have, and which operation system?

    Two things I'd try first:
-1 update the ATI video driver to ATI Catalyst 10.12
    ATI Radeon (Vista/Windows 7 32 bit)

-2 Run a benchmark of your harddisk with CrystalDiskMark:

What are your Sequential read speeds, and 4k read speeds.

I got an "Application Install: install package failure!"

However under the report, it says that all the packages were a success. Should I go ahead and do step 2?

You can always run step 2.

But... about step 1.. are you using a 32 bit Vista/7?
Or are you on XP or a 64 bit Windows? because those require their own driver

If you're planning an upgrade, buy a new harddisk BEFORE you buy a new graphics card, since it's the cause of the current lagging.

Or you could try to speed up the current drive, by:
    -turn off indexing
    -turn off compression
    -defrag the drive
-set power settings to maximum performance for the drive
