I have Hold'em + Omaha Manager 1.11.05e installed, my HUD appears normally at all tables only at PLO RUSH it does not display my stats.
When i click at table Manager/table/toggle test, HUD display seat 3 above my head as in the image.

Hero stats are not supported for Rush tables.
