My main question is that my HUD is not popping up on my tables. Is this bc the import process is not finished yet?

how much much hands did you play????
Please check your auto-import configuration.
The folders configured there should be empty except current hands.
And the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) must be in a different folder structure.
