4 GB ram
AMD phenom


I was trying to use the Filters in the Reports tab to select a specific game type. I should have thousands of hands using this filter but I can see in the background behind the error n/a for all of the stats.

After clicking quit I got the error:

Narrowed the problem down to specifically the buyin portion of the filter.

Which SQL version are you using?

Can you create a new empty database--> and reimport your hands.

I downloaded 9.0 can that work with HEM?

SQL 9.0 will work.
Try to install it to a different port, for example 5433 (if SQL 8.4 is installed on port 5432)

Also note that SQL 9.0 has two versions a 32-bit and a 64-bit version.
Use the 64-bit version if your operating system is also 64-bit.

Ive made the new database but still get the error. Also none of the hands are archiving.

This was using sql 9.0xx 64x. And I used HEM's database management to connect to the new port and create the DB should I have used the PGAdmin panel? Also it is a UTF.

Ive gotten some help from a friend and it was that I need to make a range for the BI so I would put 6.5 to 6.5 and get the error but if I put 6 to 7 I do not get the error.

AS for the archiving I am not sure that is fixed. I found out I had a nonexistant folder selected for archiving. I have changed this and I am trying to reimport the hands hoping they will archive because they were all of the random stragler hands that were scattered on my HD from my other computer(s) (old computers or laptop).
If there is something I need to do to make them archive correctly please let me know.

If you are importing the hands with the auto-import the archive function should work.
If you use import file or import from folder you need to manually move the files.
