    Hi,

i just got my new Win 7 machine and gonna dump my old xp. So i need install HEM to that new pc. I use this HEM registration page and i can see my hem serial numbers there but can't remember is my laptop or old desktop xp pc#1. So what happens if i reset wrong code? Also i can't use the e-mail what i used to register(or buy) HEM anymore so don't wanna mess this up.

The old .net/registration page is no longer used. Just use the holdemmanager.com login to reset all your codes. The same code can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

Please try using our site to register your current/new license. If your code isn't there already you can upload it manually and then reset the code whenever necessary.

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

If you have lost the code entirely you will need to ask our sales team to search the archives. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com.

If you’re doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following.

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:
