Entraction importing / HUD not working!!?

    Default Entraction importing / HUD not working!!?

    Hi!


    I just started playing on entraction network a few days ago and until today everything worked fine.

    But now it doesn't seem to import any hands anymore... Also the HUD doesn't show up.

    Was there an update by Entraction and you will fix it soon, or is there maybe a mistake on my site?


    I hope you can help me asap, since I really want to play there.

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...e-release.html

    Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.


    You said the hands wont import now either? Import errors? Your DB could be corrupt.

    *Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database
    *Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands
    *If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
    *Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips


    Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

    Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

    Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

    If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

    Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

    Click OK

    Thank you very much.

    I am 100% sure my DB is fine since I am playing at iPoker at the same time and HUD is wirking and hands importing as well.

    It worked on entraction until last night as well, but now it doesn't even import the hands. It does show the tables on the Table Manager, but without any stats etc.

    I have the latest internal Beta installed already.

    I played in Entraction last night and HUD worked
    what was changed in your PC ?

    It worked last night for me as well...
    But today it doesn't. I didn't change anything...

    Reboot your computer and try again.
    Check the things from the FAQ Fozzy posted above and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.
