no HUD in PKR tourneys

I'm new to HEM and struggling at the moment. I've installed the latest version and the patch for PKR from this forum. Hands have imported and I have data. HUD loads in cash games after a few attempts but as I don't play much cash I don't have stats on cash players so I'm seeing nothing in the HUD. Howver, no matter how hard I try I can't get the HUD to load in tourneys. I've tried the finder, I've reinstalled all the software including the SQL. What next?

Your PKR client is installed in english language?

I'm not 100% sure whether we support PKR tourneys but it may be necessary to use the table finder:

yes, it's English Language and I've tried the table finder many times without success. I only play PKR tourneys so I hope there's a fix otherwise I'll need to seek a refund as it's of no use to me.

How many tables you play? PKR only allows a single HUD to be used

I only generally play 1 MTT at a time and maybe 1 STT. I'd be happy to get the HUD working on a single MTT.

Try the TableFinder again: Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
