what stakes/gametype are you playing, is this on all the tables or is the problem sporadic?

Can you create a NEW empty database and reimport the hands.

If the results are still incorrect, can you email us a handhistory (of 1-2 hands) where the won/lost amounts are incorrect.
If you would like to leave some feedback to help us improve the quality of the solutions, and/or the support quality you received, - you can do this here
