Microgaming - not all hands appearing in HEM report

    Default Microgaming - not all hands appearing in HEM report

    I have noticed in my last few sessions that not all the hands I am playing are appearing in the HEM report. The hands are appearing on the HUD and are available to view in the hand history section on each table. Yet they are not appearing in any HEM reports. This only seems to happen for ~1/4 of hands played. Any ideas why this is happening? I downloaded the latest update of HEM but the problem still remains

    Are you using 1.11.05d?

    Please create a new database for a test and play some hands with this database - same problems?

    I am using 1.11.05d.

    I have created a new database and it seems to have solved the issue. I am happy to just use the new new database, but how do I go about being able to use my stats and notes in the new database?

    Connect to the old database again:
    export your HUD, notes, and bonus/rakeback settings

    Then import them again into the new database.

    hi, i'am having the same problem, i create a new database and i don't know how to import the data from the old database to the new one

    The old files should be in C:/Hmarchive if you want to try importing them or if you can get access to old database you can also do the following

    Export your Hand Histories

    Export Your Notes

    Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
