Red Star Poker Cant import HH

Hi there,

Have just set up acc with Red Star Poker and HEM wont import hands.

From what I understand you cant use HUD on cake network but HEM wont even show my personal history.

Am using v1.11.03 of HEM

Please help!

Create a new empty database, and reimport all your handhistories.

this update and creating a new database has allowed me to import some hands

problem is I have played around thousand i guess but it has only imported 14...?

You should find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). From there you can import them via import file or import from folder.

Having a similar issue with redstar poker, but I think I may have solved it now.

I'll get back to you if it works.

edit: Seems good so far. What I did was that I first went to (Auto Import folders) and asked to archive my RSP hands to HM2Archive and then manually imported the HM2Archive folders.

(Seems as though HM2 can't read the RSP HH's in their raw format, or something(?) )

So okey, the hands are imported, but my graph only shows results for the 5200 or so hands I played while I had my trial active, and it will not display the 30-35K hands I have played since.

How would I go about fixing this?

Try reimporting all hands into a new database.

I started playing at Red Star 2 days ago and i can't seem to figure out how i would be able to use the hud in this site. I saw that Red star is now part of micro gaming.
Does HM2 still usable here?
